Water cooled systems must maintain sufficient cooling water and unobstructed piping. Air cooled systems must provide unobstructed ventilation to prevent oil overheating.
Systems with filters must have the filter elements cleaned or replaced regularly (about once a month) to prevent clogging and rapid rise in oil temperature, which can cause serious damage to hydraulic components or rupture of the oil pump.
The working pressure of the system is determined by setting the valve pressure to set the output pressure of the hydraulic pump. Generally, the set pressure should not exceed the originally designed rated pressure; otherwise, it may cause damage to the hydraulic pump, seizure of the hydraulic valve, or engine failure, among other problems.
To ensure reliable operation of the press, it is recommended to replace certain press components after their service life has expired.
Record major problems resolved and usa number data unresolved during service for archiving to serve as a basis for future service or repair scheduling.
The following safe operating procedures must be followed while the press is in operation:
Persons unfamiliar with the structure, characteristics or operating procedures of the machine should not operate the press by themselves.
Maintenance and mould adjustment should not be carried out while the machine is running.
If serious oil leaks or other press anomalies (unreliable operation, excessive noise, vibration, etc.) are detected, the press should be shut down for cause analysis and attempts to eliminate it. It should not be put into operation with faults.
Do not overload or exceed the maximum eccentric distance.
It is strictly prohibited to exceed the maximum stroke of the slider; the minimum closing height of the mold must not be less than 600 mm.
Electrical equipment must be securely and thoroughly grounded.
