Do it yourself!
You do your job. You conduct training, prepare a graphic design, whatever. You do it well. Everyone is happy with the results. A few days, maybe weeks, pass. You contact the client and ask for references. The problems begin.
Why are Poles so reluctant to write references? If they do manage to do this act of grace, they usually ask to… write them themselves . I don’t understand this. It defeats the purpose.
Since I'm asking for references, I'm asking for your opinion of me. I know my own. If self-love is iran rcs data good, then it's very good and I can put it into words. However, I'd rather read a few compliments that came from someone else's pen.
For example, I have a problem writing my own references, and sometimes it's the only way to get one. I can't/don't like praising myself. Even if I know that the group reacted enthusiastically during the training, I simply feel embarrassed to write about it. And I'm forced to.
If you do manage to persuade someone to write a reference themselves, don't open the champagne. For some reason, Poles have a problem with writing a few nice words about someone. References - and I know this not only from my own experience - are usually kept in a dry, almost reporting tone. Someone did something professionally, end of story. No matter how hard you try, don't count on anything more than "they did the job professionally".
