What is two-factor authentication?
Two-factor authentication is an additional layer of security designed to ensure that you are the only person who can access your account, even if someone else knows your password. In other words, it complements the use of a password.

In what situations will ruralvía ask you for double authentication?
All entities of the Caja Rural Group have already applied this double authentication for years in other online services. However, now, we are going one step further and it is reaching ruralvía. Thus, when you activate this new security measure, ruralvía will request double authentication in the following situations:
When you log in every 90 days.
When you want to check your balance and transactions
When you want to make transfers and payments
You already know! Starting in September, two-factor authentication is coming to ruralvía. To activate it, you just have to go to your usual office and provide your phone number.
