There are always so-called trend terms that everyone suddenly uses, everyone is talking about them, but what is actually behind them is not always clear to everyone. "Design Thinking" is one of these terms. Admittedly, the term is not that new, but it is still worth understanding what is behind it and, above all, how design thinking can be used correctly and effectively.
Design thinking is a process that can be used in any industry. It involves different approaches to a known or unknown problem and helps to solve this problem using different methods. Contrary to what the term suggests, design thinking is not a tool that is only used by designers. Rather, many people from different areas such as research, business or science use this method. The term can be derived from the creative form of finding solutions.
In general, products should be developed or optimized so that macedonia consumer email list they fully meet the needs of the users. In the design thinking process, the needs and expectations of the target group are first examined. Then we look at how they perceive the products or work with them. The result is a precise idea of a solution for the new product. Known findings about a problem are re-examined and evaluated by questioning current knowledge and current hypotheses and thereby acquiring new know-how. This process is supported by different methods. What is particularly interesting about this approach is that alternative solutions keep emerging that no one would have considered before.
Depending on which process model you follow, the design thinking process is divided into different numbers of phases. I am using the five phases from the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design in Stanford as a guide. Before we take a closer look at these phases, I would like to point out that they are not subject to any particular order, but can be run through iteratively in any frequency and order.
