Next, you need to select the form template of your ukraine phone number choice. In this tutorial, we will choose the Simple Contact Form template to create the form.
WPForms Contact Template
Once you make your selection, the WPForms form builder will launch on your screen.
From here, you can drag and drop different form fields from the left sidebar into the form preview on the right.

Now that you have created your form, it’s time to set up your WordPress confirmation email. The email will be sent automatically and notify the user that their submitted form was successfully received.
To do this, you need to navigate to the Settings tab from the left column of the form builder.
Once you reach this point, just open the Notifications tab. Here, you need to make sure that the "Enable notifications" switch is activated.
If you disable this option, you will not be able to send confirmation emails to users.

Next, you need to choose who to send the confirmation email to.
By default, the "Sending Email Address" is set to the smart tag admin email {admin_email}. This is the email used to set up your WordPress blog.
This means that every time a user submits a form, you will receive a confirmation email sent to your business email address.
To ensure that the confirmation email is also sent to the user, you need to add a new smart tag to the email field.
To do this, just click on the "Show Smart Labels" option just above the "Send to email address" field.
