Can you introduce yourself? What is your background? How did you learn about customer experience and, more specifically, the LEGO® Serious Play® method?
From the beginning of my professional life, I worked in design and conception . I see design as a state of mind. What has always interested me is being able to concretely improve people's lives by responding to the problems they may have in "real life", whether in terms of journey, accessibility, ergonomics, emotions... the list is long!designer in Silicon Valley and then trained in digital at the University of California in 2000. Since then, I have led many freelance projects through agencies or directly with clients. I recently joined ManoMano as a User experience Lead .
To improve my skills, I followed many UX Design training courses , including the belgium telegram data Gobelins certification course mentioned by Fanny and, more recently, the LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) facilitator certification at CentraleSupélec. These courses allowed me to discover many tools, because each project is specific, you have to select the tool best suited to the objectives and context; the LSP method is one of them.
For which clients and to address which challenges did you apply the LEGO® Serious Play® method?
At Manpower, I offered an introductory workshop on the LSP methodology. I also had the opportunity to use it to build a start-up's strategy. My recent arrival at ManoMano will allow me to regularly use this method to support the company's projects.
