Prerequisites
You must have the beta version 1.24071 or later of the Link to Windows app installed on your phone.
You must be running Windows 11 and be a Windows Insider with access to any of the four Insider channels.
Enable new feature
Open the Settings app and tap Bluetooth & Devices on the left.
On the Bluetooth & Devices page, click Mobile Devices.
Make sure the toggle for "Allow this computer to access your mobile devices" is turned on. If it isn't, tap it to turn it on.
You should also see an option called “Access kuwait telegram data in File Explorer,” which displays your mobile’s photos, files, and media in File Explorer. Click on it to enable it. If this option is not present, then this feature is not yet available on your computer.

Access Your Android Files
Open Windows Explorer and you should see an entry point for your Android device in the top left corner.
When your Android phone is connected to your PC, you can access it directly by double-clicking its icon in File Explorer. You can move, copy, delete and manage files on your Android device right from here, without having to connect it to your PC with a cable.
