Supposedly, these billboards promote bloggers more than the brand/service . Every celebrity who appears in the ad benefits from it,Both sides get what they wanted. Honestly, Orange could put anyone there, as long as they look and smile. For those who don't get it, the effect would be similar. And so these people who do get it give the billboard additional reach on the internet by posting photos and commenting.
Of the two evils , I prefer bloggers to anonymous models or other babes from fotolia. At least I know that their competences do not end with glaring at the camera. They can put a few sentences together or dress well. That is already a singapore rcs data level higher than most of the nation. And that most people do not recognize them? And how many people recognize some Pudelek stars, grinning their teeth on every other advertising column? Not me at least.
Besides, these billboards didn’t just come out of nowhere. They’re another part of a well-thought-out campaign . A long-term partnership (I wonder what’s next?). I can go to their sites and find information about this offer – does any other celebrity offer this, or does he get involved as much? Probably not. In this case, I know for sure that the bloggers have tested the service, have used it to reach out to readers, and know what they’re talking about. Sure, they don’t have to love it and get paid to show it off, but at least they’ve familiarized themselves with the subject .
It seems to me that all the hate stems solely from the fact that these are bloggers . Otherwise, no one would pay attention to the matter. I myself have a healthy distance from marketing in the blogosphere - I see the pros and cons - but in this case I see no reason to nitpick. And what do you think about it?
So what's the point?
