Online) marketing is becoming increasingly complex in its sub-areas and the large number of different interlocking tasks also increases the complexity across the board. Generalists are needed for project management and overall concepts and specialists for implementation and optimization. Communication still takes place between people. This is why it will never be completely replaced by machines. This is why the establishment of brand ambassadors will still separate the wheat from the chaff in the future. Their character or external presentation determines the external image of a company or brand more than any marketing campaign and ensures human interaction between brands and customers.
