There are three types of questions to ask to establish contact with a client: closed, open, or alternative. Depending on the situation, all of them can be quite effective.

Closed questions allow for one-word answers, “Yes” or “No.”

Is this option right for you?

Are you looking for a specific phone model?

Open -ended questions cannot be answered with "Yes" or "No".

What brands of cars do you like?

How long ago did you contact the service center?

Examples of alternative type questions :

Are you choosing a single tool or a set?

Are you interested in decorative overseas chinese in australia data cosmetics or care products?

Salespeople should think through question templates in advance. This can be done by organizing a brainstorming session in the sales department and then discussing the results with all employees. Each manager should note questions that, in his or her opinion, will not look too intrusive from the customer’s point of view.

Determining the emotional state of the client when establishing contact
By nature, all people are unique, but there are characteristic signs of an emotional state that are inherent to each person. The ability to identify and highlight them gives us the opportunity to adapt to our interlocutor, understand him and tune in to the right tone.

Most people working in the service industry pay more attention to those clients with whom it is easy to establish good contact. The rest are considered too difficult for them. But despite this, you need to be able to work with different people. Even the worst client can become the best if you tune in to his wave and understand his emotional state at the moment. Knowing just a few non-verbal signs can help with this.

You can tell a person's mood just by looking at their eyes. And it's pretty hard to hide.
