Warning. This warning will come with a deadline for the company to comply with the legislation. If the company does not correct itself within the stipulated period, there will be a penalty;
Simple fine based on revenue. This fine can be up to 2% of the legal entity's revenue. The limit is 50 million reais per violation;
Daily fine. This fine will also be limited to 50 million reais;
Publication of the violation. The violation will become public and the damage to the company's image could be enormous;
Blocking of personal data. This administrative sanction prevents companies from using the personal data collected until the situation is regularized;
