The main goals of Scrum are to facilitate the smooth functioning of the team.The Owner is responsible for identifying and prioritizing requirements. The Scrum Master is responsible for enforcing the Scrum france email list rules and eliminating bottlenecks that hinder the team's work. The third role is played by the team. Scrum teams are self-organizing, which has two important advantages. On the one hand, at the end of each sprint there is a “product that can potentially be implemented”, i.e. a product that has been tested and documented. Another advantage of working in self-organizing teams is that the combination of different capabilities allows viewing tasks and user stories from different perspectives.
