The next stage is to find and hire highly qualified professionals. Medical specialists must have a specialized education, work in their specialty for at least 5 years and have previously completed advanced training courses corresponding to the types of activities of the salon.
The penultimate stage is the installation of certified medical equipment for the company's activities in accordance with GOST, and the conclusion of a contract for the maintenance of medical equipment with a company licensed to do so.
The final step is submitting an application.
The application review period is 45 days. During this time, the authorized body checks the submitted documentation. In case of absence or incorrect execution of documents, the applicant receives a corresponding notification (within a month). If there are no shortcomings and everything is correctly executed, authorized persons conduct an on-site inspection.
If violations or discrepancies are found, the beauty salon will be denied a license. As soon as the owner corrects all the shortcomings, he can re-apply. Given this, the time frame for obtaining a license is often delayed. Sometimes this period lasts six months or even several years.
There are three ways to submit documents:

Based on the results of the inspection, specialists will draw up a report and indicate in it whether the premises meet the established requirements. If violations are found, the owner will have to eliminate them. After that, the procedure will be repeated.

Here you need to contact the city Sanitary and Epidemiological Station to obtain a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion. The rules for obtaining it are specified in Law No. 52-FZ of 30.03.1999.
Then comes the final stage - an appeal to Roszdravnadzor. The application is submitted through a local representative office, usually through a city or regional health department. Then specialists conduct an on-site inspection, during which they carefully analyze all the data. This is why it is important to indicate the correct information in the documents.
