The event is held in collaboration with elite instructors from renowned institutions such as Stanford, Oxford, Harvard, and Yale University, ensuring a high-quality and relevant learning environment.
The latest edition of the FIM Innovation Camp, which took place recently, is a clear example of FIM's commitment to educational excellence. For two intense weeks, students from Newton College in Peru had the opportunity to immerse themselves in a unique experience, where innovation, creativity and critical thinking were the protagonists.

With more than 10 years of experience leading Institutional Marketing and Corporate Communication projects, José Romero has contributed to the education and training of young professionals with his knowledge and expertise in the design and development of 360° communication plans, brand management, customer experience and employee experience. In addition, he is currently a professor of the Master's Degree in Digital Marketing at CUF.
He is currently creating his first book, “Educational Marketing for Private Schools in Peru,” in which he shares his vision and expertise to take educational institutions to new levels of excellence through the sciences of marketing, communication and digitalization.

The diversity of perspectives and experiences represented on the jury panel helped enrich the evaluations of the submitted projects and provide participants with a broader view of the opportunities and challenges they face in the real world, preparing them for their professional future.
