Every 6 months, the all-in-one platform, Bitrix24 , announces new features that will be available to users. After the London version, made available at the beginning of 2020, it is now the turn of the Seoul version of Bitrix24 , which brings important new features such as a completely different interface for the mobile application and new ways to make video calls.

The news you will find in this post was announced at the global launch event, which took place on 10/23 and lasted 2 hours.

The first part, an interview with renowned author Nassim Nicholas Taleb of “Black Swan” and “Antifragile,” analyzed the economic scenario in light of the challenges of the pandemic. The second part, however, began with what really interested Bitrix24 fans: an explanation of what will be implemented in the next 3 months for users of different plans.

6 major highlights of Bitrix24 Seoul
1) What's new in the mobile app
In addition to the web and desktop versions, Bitrix24 has had a mobile app for some years now , which offers a series of features such as chat, calendar, task tracking, corporate social network and more. Now the new feature is video calls, which take place within the app itself and can be made between users of the desktop versions. In addition, one of the big highlights is the projects, which can now be accessed from your smartphone and the creation of tasks by voice , a very interesting feature if you are in traffic or in a situation where you cannot write.

The app's interface has been updated and we have had other small changes that will make it more usable. Watch the video at the end of this article to see each one of them.

2) Recorded video conferences and with external people
Since the beginning of the pandemic, Bitrix24 has been prioritizing the communication turkey telemarketing data features of what they call Virtual Office. It will certainly be a widely used feature for scheduling sales and support meetings with your customers.

4) Auto-focus system to increase productivity
This is one of the great new features of the Projects and Tasks Module. With this set of features, it will now be clearer which tasks are most relevant or require some action from you. Bitrix24 will do this by removing all distractions and focusing your efforts on what is truly most important. One of the features that will help with this is pings, which record all actions related to a task, but which can be hidden so that collaborators' contributions are really the focus of the comments.

5) Call reporting and call analytics
Now in the Bitrix24 telephony section you have a super visual screen with graphs and filters to analyze the involvement of each employee in the call systems, both incoming and outgoing. A great way to monitor the performance of the pre-sales and sales team.

6) Custom CRM form
It was already included in the London version, but now it's definitive: you'll be able to create much more customized forms to fully integrate with your company's identity. In addition to the design, you'll also have automatic filling and compatibility with any website.
