speeding up our work by choosing a basic starter theme

If this is your first time reading this term I'm sure you'll find this reading more than interesting , but at the same time I think even the most experienced developers could find several ideas from this reading with the starter themes that I will gradually recommend.
What is a Starter Theme?
To understand something new it is always good to start from its definition and make sure it is as clear and concise as possible:
A starter theme is a WordPress theme with very little graphics used as a basis for list of palestine consumer email developing your own theme.
