Let us consider in more detail the approximate procedure for drafting the final agreement document.
Preamble. An important section in which it is necessary to briefly but exhaustively disclose the purpose of the document with the obligatory indication that the agreement is a framework agreement.
Subject of the agreement. The paragraph is devoted to the description of the duties imposed on the contractor and the deadlines for completing the work (providing services) for each application.

Additional conditions. This section is intended to disclose the nuances agreed upon by the contracting parties. The standard formula for all documents of this class is also prescribed here: number of copies, place for printing, date, full name of the responsible persons.
Details. All necessary auxiliary information is indicated: address, counterparty status, INN, KPP, OGRN, OKP.
The document is considered valid on the date of approval. The signatures of the parties with transcripts and seals (if any) must be present in the corresponding fields. Each party has the original of the agreement, which has equal legal force with the other copies.
