From the analysis of our target audience and their needs, we realized that the first essential goal to achieve was precisely that of creating a community of theater enthusiasts , people who do it, who work in it, who love it and who live it. A virtual place where we can collect their feedback, where we can listen to people like us and try to grasp common needs. A space where we can start cultivating relationships, sow interests, offer answers and advice, promote Italian Operas on stage and gradually introduce the idea and the "vision" of our Digital Theater and Virtual Distribution of Theater Works project .

We then looked , partners and similar projects (the famous benchmarking), andcambodia telegram data we found that what worked best in this sector was the hard work of listening, building relationships and real conversations (blogging and social engagement), and lots and lots of useful content (a good content marketing strategy ). In short, what we needed was to start building bonds based on trust, relationships based on empathy and a minimum of authority, in short a blog, a mailing list and a community on social networks ;-) Step 2: Grow Rapidly Without Funding So far, on paper, I would say everything is fine: we had clear objectives, the scenario, the strategy, where to get to and how to get there.
