Once you're happy with your settings, simply click the "Save" button to store your changes.

Now, to add the login form to a page or post, open the page or post of your choice from the WordPress block editor in the admin area.

Once there, click the “+” button to open the blocks menu and add the WPForms block.

Next, select the login form you created from the drop-down menu on the block itself.

Finally, click the "Publish" or "Update" button to store your settings.

Add a login form to your website sidebar

If you want to add a login form to your website’s sidebar, visit the Widget Appearance page from your WordPress dashboard.

Here, click the "+" button in the upper left corner of the screen to open the lock menu.

From here, you need to find the WPForms block and add it to the sidebar.

Once you've done this, select Login Form from the drop-down menu on the block itself.
