Foreign entities can find updated statements by searching for the entity on the UK Companies House Register .
Even if there have been no changes to the foreign entity and its beneficial owners during the update period, the foreign entity must file an update statement. This confirms that the information on the register is correct.
What information needs to be reviewed and updated?
The foreign entity will be asked to review all information on the register about the greece mobile database entity and its beneficial owners or managing officers. It must update any information that has changed.
