The remake caused a lot of controversy: fans were afraid that the developers would not cope with the responsibility. However, the team took the risk of not copying the original, but adding new touches. The puzzles are updated, the plot is slightly changed, and the monsters look even more creepy due to the light and sound.
Be warned: the combat here is very difficult, so be patient. It's worth it, though. It's still a great horror game.
