Multiple users, multiple accounts
Because we wanted to achieve different goals with our Twitter activities, we decided to set up multiple Twitter accounts. This way, each department can use its own Twitter account for specific purposes:

Customer Service Account: Answering questions, complaint management, monitoring problems
HR: distributing vacancies, networking
Purchasing: Follow supplier network to stay informed about promotions and offers
