Virtual consultation using voice and image

A closed Yammer community has been set up, in which all those involved are kept informed of (planned) activities around the event, to exchange knowledge about the workshops to be given and to share tips to better promote the event. It is not a huge success (more about that later), but a number of tips have already been exchanged that are certainly useful! In addition to Yammer, communication with the speakers also takes place via e-mail and Twitter.

Twitter : the event originated via Twitter, our target group is on Twitter and we love el salvador phone number list Twitter! That channel had to be used quickly. Not only to share event updates, but also to have short conversations with the target group and share relevant articles that tie in with the topic. We do not use a tool like Cotweet , because we do not (yet) see any added value in it on this scale and with only two users who are frequently on the road. In addition, lists have been set up based on interested parties, participants and speakers, in order to be able to follow and communicate in a more segmented way.
