How do you develop successful concepts together with customers? This was the question during 'The Next Cocreator Experience' on September 21. After cases from healthcare and construction, the participants themselves got to work on a concept, in order to gain experience.

On Friday afternoon, September 21, the third ' The Next Cocreator Experience belgium telegram data ' of 2012 was organized in the Experience Center of Wolter and Dros in Amersfoort. This time, the session had 'Cocreation of concepts' as its theme. The session was divided into 2 parts: we started with 'Food for Thought', in the form of a case from Zilveren Kruis Achmea and an inspiration from the construction world. Then we could get started ourselves with creating a concept for the department store of the future.

Hilma van Slooten (marketer at the Municipality of Amsterdam Parking Buildings) kicked off with her presentation about her experiences with an online co-creation platform for health insurance products. In 2009, she was involved in 'De Bovenkamer' as a senior product marketer for Zilveren Kruis Achmea. This was a closed online co-creation platform that was set up to further develop a new proposition for health insurance together with customers.
