HubSpot's employee #6 - The 'Yoda of Sales' Dan Tyre. In collaboration with HubSpot mentor #2 David Weinhaus, he leads an exclusive training course to become a true inbound specialist. Entry by invitation only. At its core, Dan's "Pipeline Generation Bootcamp" was supposed to be about inbound telephone sales. I was expecting the 'Fight Club' of sales. And I asked myself, could this be right for me?!

Zen and the Art of Questioning
Who are you?
The best thing about a mentor is his potential to surprise. And so, surprisingly, the core of Dan Tyre's first question to me was not "How confident are you on the phone?" or "What do you know about sales?" - No, the first question was, "Who are you?"

What do you say?

You express your biography. And then you realize, You job seekers database are not the person being addressed!

As a representative of an agency and as a HubSpot partner, it's about what you stand for. Who you are is what you do! And that's not so easy to formulate from the limitations of your own perspective. Because I suddenly wonder how you can summarize our agency work in one title,

We are a marketing agency?
We are coaches for modern sales?
We are expedition leaders of digital transformation?
The ambiguity makes me feel like I don't understand the question, let alone that the answer is easy for me.
