What is prospecting?

Finding a prospect is only the first step in the process. For the process to be effective, it is necessary to carry out a series of actions that will lead the customer to a purchase and perhaps to staying with our brand for longer.

As I mentioned, prospecting is based on collecting information about potential customers and analyzing their needs and preferences. In sales jargon, prospecting is referred to as building a customer market, i.e. conducting activities aimed at searching for and selecting entities interested or potentially interested in our offer.

Once we have collected the necessary data, the company can spain telegram data then use it to tailor its offer and communication to the expectations of prospects.
