More than 30 restaurants participate

Starting this Friday (17), residents of Espírito Santo will be able to learn more about Espírito Santo cuisine through the Restaurant Week gastronomic festival. The 14th edition of the event in the state will run until April 9 and will feature the participation of 32 establishments, 18 from Vitória and 14 from Vila Velha.
The menus will include two options for starters, a main course and dessert, costing R$41.90 at lunch and R$54.90 at dinner. As in previous editions, Restaurant Week will promote a social action. For each menu sold, the organization asks for an additional R$1 to be added to the bill, the final amount of which will australia school email database be donated to a social institution. In this edition, the proceeds will be donated to the Association of Parents and Friends of the Disabled (APAE) of Vila Velha.
International cuisine is present in the list of participating establishments. Representing Argentine cuisine are Alcides Tragos y Carnes and Argento Parrilla. Portuguese cuisine will be represented by the Porto do Bacalhau restaurant. American cuisine is the focus of the following participating establishments: Moto Burguer and NYC Restaurante. And, of course, Brazilian cuisine is not left out, represented by the restaurants Aldeia da Ilha, Daju Bistrô, Santo Graal and Taurus.
Vegetarians can also enjoy the festival. Some restaurants have prepared meat-free starters and dishes, including Cantina D'Itália, which offers sun-dried tomato risotto, arugula and buffalo mozzarella as the main course at dinner time. Italian restaurants are other options for those who don't eat meat. Spaghetti & Cia, with locations in Vitória and Vila Velha, also offers vegetarian starters and dishes.
