Pragmatic concept

This theory views business as an inevitable and positive phenomenon. It occupies a middle position between the positive and critical concepts of business models. In this approach, the interests of entrepreneurs and consumers are considered balanced.

The first thesis of the practical concept: business is a necessary element of the economy. This judgment implies that without entrepreneurship the economic system would cease to exist.

The next thesis is that business is an obligatory component of the economy, which consists of a set of business interactions. In other words, the inevitability of the existence of business in the economy is justified by the fact that it arises from the former. In modern society, such exchange occurs with the help of a universal equivalent of value - money. This is how business relations arise, the set of which is the economy.

The third thesis. The pragmatic oman email list concept is that business is a contradictory phenomenon. If the supporters of the critical concept believed that entrepreneurs ignore customer requests for personal gain, then the pragmatic concept assumes that they take into account people's interests in every possible way in order to occupy a larger part of the market, increase the number of buyers and thereby achieve high profits. In other words, it is no longer the entrepreneur who dictates the terms to the consumer, but the consumer to the entrepreneur. This is manifested in both obvious and hidden forms.

The fourth thesis. It is believed that business is an unchangeable historical phenomenon. It (as a set of business behavior) has taken place throughout the history of mankind and will continue to exist throughout the life of society.

The fifth thesis. It indicates that in business there is a balance between the interests of the buyer and the entrepreneur. Each member of society requires a product for which he is willing to pay. Companies try to expand the sales market because it is more profitable to sell 100 units of a product costing 10 rubles each than 3 units of a product costing 100 rubles. The pragmatic concept sees business as an integral feature of the market economy.
