So, for example, the number of positive opinions is changing for the better. On the one hand, it may be a medical issue, i.e. the facility is simply getting better. It is treating better and better, treating more and more patients. Then the number of opinions increases, they are getting better. But it may also be the effect of their marketing activities, i.e. they simply address their services and manage patients in such a way that they leave only satisfied ones in the opinions. So we are providing such a tool. It is basically ready to be launched in a few days.
Is an e-commerce module for medical facilities. That is, we usually try to make various types of products in response to the needs of facilities. Medical facilities came to us saying that they wanted to sell physical products through us. I have already mentioned the call with our Maciek from UX and design. We have designed this module, we will be setting it up. Often, medical facilities do not have such modules on their websites and we have even done cases like how to buy a voucher for your wife, partner, girlfriend to an aesthetic medicine facility. You can look on Groupon, it will be cheaper then, but maybe she has her own favorite clinic that she goes to, most often you just have to physically go there "on foot" - to put it crudely. We will give this possibility through such an e-commerce module on our website. It will probably be launched in the first quarter. I hope in January next year.
What we are also working on now is the implementation – I have already mentioned 0% installments – so they are there, but not in all facilities, because unfortunately facilities have to pay 0% for these installments, so it is a form of saving these patients. Not all of them want to do it. That is why we are introducing commercial installments, i.e. installments for which the facility will not pay, they will already be paid, there will not be only 0% installments by the patient, but there will be the possibility of longer crediting. And above all, what is most important for us as for those who want to increase the availability of commercial health care, not reduce it. These will be the cheapest commercial installments on the Polish market, when it comes to this medical industry. They will be cheaper than what the competition has now. So we hope that facilities will want to enter this installment system.
