Why is this so important?

The first title, and in fact the whole series, is "The Psychology of the Boss. The Boss is a Profession". I recommend it for several reasons, but first of all because it is a Polish book about management and it deals with our domestic market.

Because thanks to this, you will find examples in it that you can actually identify with. Very often, the most popular books for managers (and not only) refer to a different cultural circle. And although there are many tools, issues or attitudes in management that are inter-market, it is worth considering the specificity of a given market. And you will find such examples in Gut and Haman's book.

I will never forget the example of the Polish culture of complaining. In most books on team brazil rcs data management that I have read, complaining is treated as something bad, an element that should be eradicated, and in extreme cases – a person who complains too much should be removed from the team.

Meanwhile, the authors of the book “The Boss is a Profession. The Psychology of the Boss” say it a bit differently:

Whether we like it or not, complaining is a typically Polish trait that – importantly – is a manifestation of commitment. It means that a given employee sees something that should change in the organization and communicates it loudly.
