We started together and assembled a team through the network of Miroslav and graduates from Skillbox.
Our first employees were Roman (with extensive experience in development) and two Antons: FE and BE, who came from Miroslav.
Skillbox helped us with a UI/UX designer . We held a competition among design course graduates and Ira won. After the internship, she drew the existing design of the salesai.ru website luxembourg mobile database and the product for us. A very talented girl. Later, also after Skillbox and the internship, BE Danila and data analyst Valera joined us. But there was a mess with data scientists. In the summer, the data scientist market changed dramatically, and in the fall we found ourselves a genius with a good background - Ivan. He helped us make the second release.
Another of our talents is Slava (FE), who is still in school. He saw our publication somewhere, contacted me on Telegram, passed the interview, and was given a test task. And he turned out to be a real fire. Talented, hardworking, just what we need.
In total, we have 3 BE, including the team lead, 2 FE, 2 DS, 1 QA, 1 UI/UX and the two of us. A total of 11 people.
There is also outsourcing - accounting, lawyer, layout designers, copywriters, etc.
