The final release of Shopware 6, the new hobbyhorse in the e-commerce sector, is imminent. To give you a little impression, I have taken a look at the Early Access version (ea2) and summarized the most important things.
In contrast to Shopware 5, Shopware 6 is now completely (“full stack”) based on the Symfony framework , while the Zend, Enlight and Smarty frameworks are no longer used.

The installation
Installing Shopware 6 is very easy. As with Shopware 5, you will be guided through the installation process, so that as long as your hosting environment meets all the requirements, you should not encounter any problems.
But be careful: the installation file is no longer in the root folder, but in the "public" folder. You must open this if you want to install Shopware 6.
After installation, you will be taken to the login screen, which already reveals that something has changed in the design.
