Currently, there is a list of seven companies that will perform the functions of the ORD. Already now, creatives can be checked for compliance with the law through them. The main burden of advertising labeling falls on the main advertising systems of Russia - VK and Yandex. The procedure will be performed automatically if the account of the PR material submitter contains the required data.
Mechanism of work with ORD

Before publishing the creative, the advertiser sends it to the ORD along with information about the customer.
ORD places this PR material in ERIR indicating the issued token. Placement in the advertising system is carried out together with this code and the designation "Advertisement".
No later than 30 days after the expiration of the next month of PR publication, the advertiser and its distributor inform the ORD about creatives, persons involved in the chain from order to publication, terms of cooperation, statistics broken down by individual materials and sites. The collection and transfer of this information may be assigned to another person - a service, agency, etc. This must be specified in the agreement.
The customer can use the services of one ORD or transmit information through several operators simultaneously. Some information is reported to ERIR even before the advertising is launched.
Before starting PR, it is necessary to send the creatives themselves to ORD to check the rules for labeling advertising and issuing a token, and also provide the following information about the PR submitter:
For organizations and individual entrepreneurs without forming a legal entity who are residents of the Russian Federation: TIN, organizational and legal form, details of the cooperation agreement (if it is concluded directly).
For organizations and sole proprietors without forming a legal entity that are not residents of the Russian Federation: TIN, organizational and legal form, full and abbreviated name, contact information, payment details, registration number or its equivalent, an analogue of TIN in the territory of the state of registration, the code of the state in which the legal entity is registered according to the rules of OKSM.
For individuals: Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), contact information, areas of activity according to OKVED.
