It's FAIR…

A two-way relationship, between the person seeking a job and the company hiring.

Some people send CVs, are duly invited to a job interview and do not show up, or they send a resume that is written biasedly and is questionable in terms of objectivity.

On the other hand, some companies publish a job advertisement and then do not invite candidates for an interview, or do not provide feedback after the interview, or do not adhere to what they promised during the job interview or when signing the contract.

Fairness is a way (culture) of behavior that involves treating and cayman islands number dataset with someone with a high level of respect and dignity.

In our dictionary, semantic FER means – Honest, righteous, straight, in row.
In other words, to be fair is to walk the path to success honestly, decently, moderately, and unambiguously, and to win by the rules.

And so I came to my golden rule that I learned in the late nineties of the last century: "Treat people the way you want people to treat you."

If you are invited to an interview, come or don't accept the invitation at all because it is fair to refuse it. It is fair to write objective and relevant data and facts about your experience, knowledge and abilities in your CV.

If we have agreed that these are the working conditions, it is fair for you to respect them.

I also run a business and I know for sure that nothing is certain today, but it is fair to invite the person or team for a conversation and explain the circumstances of the organization and what changes you plan to make, and above all, why and what is the reason for those changes.

And when you're ever unsure of your actions, remember the golden rule and don't do to others what you don't want others to do to you. That applies to everything in life.

The chances of success are proportional to the degree of satisfaction you deserve from what you do. So I leave you with the question, do you want to be in the company of unfair people or part of unfair organizations?
