Thanks to this, it is possible to effectively use and successfully apply the accumulated experience. After all, if there is no formalization of the technology of activity, the manager has to independently organize a new division or assign this task to a highly qualified specialist. And what if it is necessary to open several branches, and in a limited time? With a business model, almost all organizational issues are resolved automatically.

Opening branches is just the beginning of a difficult activity. If you make such plans, you must clearly understand that the network will have to be managed. And in order for business process management to be successful, all branches must be sufficiently independent. Only in this case will they be able to adapt to changing conditions of the external environment.

In this case, the corporate center acts as an exclusively coordinating body that controls cash and commodity flows. Therefore, network management resembles business process management, in which management focuses not on the activity itself, but on its results.
