More overview in large teams
With large teams with many users, things can get a bit confusing. In bases, a large number of views compete for attention and dozens of groups with just as many bases accumulate on the homepage, so that the focus on what is important is lost.
With the new version of Bases, you can now switzerland rcs data group views into folders to regain clarity. You create a folder in the same way as you create a view. You can then move views into the new folder using drag and drop. When you create the first folder, another folder called “More Views” is created, into which all existing views are sorted.
To give the homepage a better overview, groups can now be arranged in the desired order using SeaTable 3.1. The icon for moving, which is already familiar from views, appears next to the group name in the navigation on the left. Use this to move important groups up and those that you rarely use down. This gives you quicker access to the crucial bases. In the future, we will add a function that allows the group to be collapsed so that the bases are not displayed.
