The report shows how many days pass from the first interaction with the site until conversion:

Use this data to determine the effective period for retargeting. For example, if there are few or no conversions within 15 days of launching a campaign, you should remove users from the list.
Or we see that a surge in activity occurs on the seventh day after the first visit. Then we set up retargeting specifically for these users.
