Click Ctrl+Shift+Escto open Task Manager.
Click File and select Run new task .
If necessary, select the Create this task with administrative privileges check box .
Click OK to open the command prompt.
9. Open a command prompt from the Windows Recovery Environment.
If your system does not boot properly, you can access the command prompt through the recovery environment:
Open Settings by clicking Windows+I.
Scroll down and click on Recovery .
Under Advanced startup, click Restart now .
Confirm by clicking "Restart Now" .
Your computer will reboot into the recovery brazil telegram data environment.
Click Troubleshoot .
Select Advanced Options .
Click Command Prompt .
10. Open Command Prompt using Bootable USB Drive
If Windows won't boot, you can access the command prompt using a bootable USB drive:

Insert the bootable USB drive and restart your computer.
Open the boot menu eg click F9for HP and select the USB drive to boot from.
