In both videos, the passengers play the main role. The employees are the helpers who organize and wrap the presents. The airlines represent Santa Claus, who makes all this possible. However, in the WestJet video, it is easier to build a relationship with these characters because they are better presented.

In contrast to Spanair, WestJet has more components in the story. For example, passengers are approached by a virtual Santa Claus in the boarding area and asked what they want for Christmas.
